REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Wanga Oliech (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as West Kasipul/Kasimba/1497, containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 288 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Sarah Atieno Otieno, and whereas transmission documents are ready for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of forms R.L. 19 to read Sarah Atieno Otieno and the title deed issued earlier to James Wanga Oliech (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
