APPOINTMENT

it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly of a special sitting of the County Assembly that shall be held on Wednesday, the 30th January, 2019, at the County Assembly Chambers at 9.30 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order 26 (4), the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be: (a) The referral of the motion for revocation of Clerk’s appointment as contemplated under section 23 (2) and (3) of the County Assemblies Services Act, 2017, to a select committee to investigate the matter within ten (10) days of receipt of the motion. (b) Tabling and Debate on the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the Annual Development Plan for FY2019/2020 (c) Resumption of Debate on the Report of the Procedure and Rules Committee on Domestication of the County Assembly standing Orders.
