NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of Container Number PONU 7861829 (40ft), which has been lying at the premises of Alpha Logistics Services (EPZ) Limited, located at Mbaraki Wharf, near Likoni Ferry. The owner should take delivery within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Payment of all accrued storage charges, interests and any other incidental costs incurred. If the Container is uncollected at the expiry of this notice, the said Container will be disposed off as provided for in section 7 of the Act, either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner in order to defray the rental arrears, storage charges and any other related charges in accordance with the Act.
