REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulhakirn Abdulhafidh Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 83659, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee from the Kenya Port Authority Pension Scheme for a term of ninenty nine (99) years, from 31st Octpber, 2008, subject to Annual Rent of Peppercon,, if demanded, of air that ,apartment No. B2 on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 15346/UMN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 51737, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty {60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
