REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Athody Kariuki Macharia and (2) Patrick Macharia.W,anjiku (ID/13449906), both of P.O. Box 104, Kigumo in `the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruin.► Kiu Block 10 (Mahiira)/1263, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all .efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
