REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwaniki Macharia, of P.O. Box 177, Naromoru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nyeri Naromoru/301, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession case No. 173 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) George Macharia Mwaniki, (2) Joseph. Kariuki Mvvaniki and (3) Stephen Kiberenge Mwaniki, ant whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said to (1) George Macharia Mwaniki, (2) Joseph Kariuki Mwaniki and (3) Stephen Kiberenge Mwaniki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwaniki Macharia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
