THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Matone Mwaniki alias Kabega Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngariama/Ngiriambu/479, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Embu in succession case No. 213 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Pricsilla , Wanjiku Matone, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Pricsilla Wanjiku Matone, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Malone Mwaniki alias Kabega Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
