REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Crispus Kihara Mahea and (2) Serah Wairimu, both of P.O. Box 16672-00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors leases of all that Apartment known as No. 06 in Block 3 Zone B2 and 2 Parking spaces within Jacaranda Gardens raised on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 71/14, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered I.R. 149784/1, being the land comprised in a grant registered as No. 135846/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
