REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonah Kayasi (ID/4159535), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.47 hectare or thereabouts, known as Tiriki/Tigoi/1470, situate in the district of Hamisi, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the property register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
