GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5417

WHEREAS Regina Nyambura Kairu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Molo South/Langwenda Block 11/814 (Nyakinyua Kangei), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court in succession case No. 663 of 2016, has issued grant in favour of (1) David Murage Githinji and (2) Joseph Githinji Murage, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the certificate of lease in respect of Regina Nyambura Kairu (deceased), is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) David Murage Githinji and (2) Joseph Githinji Murage, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Regina Nyambura Kairu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
