REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kangethe, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ruiru East Block I(Githunguri)/T.1233 containing 0.1250 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate's court in succession case No. 147 of 2005, has directed that the name of John Kangethe be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Grace Wanjiku Wainaina and (2) Daniel Wainaina Kangethe, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Kangethe has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed With the registration of the said instrument R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kangethe, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
