GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5421

WHEREAS Francis Gachamba Maina (deceased), of P.O. Box 44463-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 33.5 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyeri/Uasonyiro/122, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession case No. 1226 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Nyawira Wangechi Mania, (2) Irungu Gichohi Maina, (3) Gakenia Wamuyu Maina, (4) Wangai Muhiu Maina, (5) Naisiadet Wandia Maina, (6) Frank Njogu Maina and (7) Anita Nduta Maina, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said to (1) Nyawira Wangechi Maina, (2) Irungu Gichohi Mania, (3) Gakenia Wamuyu Maina, (4) Wangai Muhiu Mania, (5) Naisiadet Wandia Mania, (6) Frank Njogu Maina and (6) Anita Nduta Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Gachamba Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
