THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Githungo Wachira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.70 hectares or thereabout, known as Naromoru/Naromoru/Kieni East Block 1/179, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession case No. 2655 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Loise Wangechi Githongo and (2) Charles Wachira Githongo, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said to (1) Loise Wangechi Githongo and (2) Charles Wachira Githongo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Githungo Wachira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
