REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibuni Nyaimwa Kibwabwa (dece, ased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 17.5 hectares or thereabout known as Bukira/Bwisaboka/47, situate in the district of Kuria West, and whereas succession has been dc me and letters of administration issued to Paul Chacha Handa in succc ssion case No. 33 of 2016, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kibuni Nyaimwa Kibwabwa cannot be traced, notice is gi yen that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, l arovided no valid objection has been received within that period, I it ttend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such reg istration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibuni Nyai mwa Kibwabwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
