REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ayub Kimani Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.04 L9 hectare or thereabouts known as B/Buhirimonono/1684, situate in the district of Kuria West, and whereas succession has been done tnd letters of administration issued to (1) Mary Wambui Kimani, (2) Millicent Wangare Kimani and (3) Martha Wanjiru Paul, in succes sion case No. 141 of 2014, and whereas the land title deed issued ea rlier to Ayub Kimani Kamau (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is gi yen that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon suc h registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ayub K i mani Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
