NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th March, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of documents at Nairobi as Presentation Number 1464, in Volume DI, Folio 64/970, File No. MMXIX by our client, Mohamed Ahmed Khalad, of P. 0 Box 1680- 70100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Abdi Farah, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Abdi Farah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ahmed Khalad, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ahmed Khalad only.
