REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Moturi Otiso, of P.O. Box 3503-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Maji Tamu/Chemasis Block 3/1160, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
