REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Innocent Wafula Wanyama, (2) Victor Khaemba Wanyama and (3) James Michael Wanyama, all of P.O. Box 58572- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the administrators of the estate of Matthew Khaemba Wanyama, the proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 5740/4, situate in south west of Kitale Municipality in Trans-Nzoia District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 56529/1, and whereas Agricultral Finance Corporation has prepared a discharge in favour of Matthew Khaemba Wanyama in respect of L.R. No. 5740/4 (Orig. No. 5740/1/2), and whereas the certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 56529/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title under section 65 (1) (h) and proceed with registration of the said discharge.
