GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5818

WHEREAS Adet Odongo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as North Ugenya/Masat/2103, situate in the district of Ugenya, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Ukwala, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Stephen Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutu, (3) Francis Ouma Ogutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu, and whereas the executive officer of the said court executed an instrument of transfer in favour of (1) Stephen Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutu, (3) Francis Ouma Ogutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued earlier have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (I) Stephen Oracha Ogutu, (2) Consolata Ochieng Ogutu, (3) Francis Ouma Ogutu and (4) Lucas Owino Ogutu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Okoth Odongo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and .of no effect.
