WHEREAS Finnlemm Sacco Society Limited, of P.O. Box 6766- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Oloitokitosh-Kitengela/54190, 54337, 54338, 54323, 54354, 54227, 54228, 54217, 54324, 54353, 54405, 54335, 54300, 54288, 54289, 54247, 54245, 54239, 54234, 54229, 54359, 47868, 47869, 47871, 47870, 47784, 47798, 47771 and 48028, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
