WHEREAS Maritha Odero Ochanjo, of P.O. Box 1292, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor absolute ownership of all those pieces of land containing 3.64, 0.5, 0.26, 0.51, 0.51, 4.1, 4.1, 0.6, 0.42 and 0.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Koru/I018, 1020, 1022, 1024, 1025, 1028, 1030, 1033, 1034 and 1035, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been Adduced to show that the green cards thereof have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
