WHEREAS Milka Watetu Gathiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.6 acres or thereabout, known as Tetu/Unjiru/127, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession case No. 630 of 2014, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Daniel Mathenge Moses, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that hereas the High 24 of 2003 has of confirmation Ngina Mugo and (3) Moses Gathegu Muge, and whereas the has executed ill application to be registered as administration Opmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and where land title deed is lostonotice is given that after the expiration of 130) days from the date-hereof, provided no valid objection has ceived within that pesiodA intend to dispense with the Puke the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of kation to be registered as administrators by transmission Rlavour of 1) Hosealv Gear Mugo, (2) Esther Ngina Mugo and ices Gathegu Mugo, and .upon such registration, the land title dered earlier the saialCaseau Mugo (deceased), shall be deemed iiicelled and of no effect' Dated the 5th July, 2019.
