NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi aS Presentation No. 1136, in Volume DI, Folio 99/1408, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Judith Njambi Wainaina, of P.O. Box 1348- 00900, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Judith Awuor Wainaina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Judith Awuor Wainaina and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Judith Njambi Wainaina for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Judith Njambi Wainaina only.
