NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 196, in Volume B-I3, Folio 1820/12301, File No. 1637, by our client, Brenda Chelegat, of P.O. Box 960-00800, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brenda Chelegat Serem, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Brenda Chelegat Serem and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brenda Chelegat for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Brenda Chelegat only.
