TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2019 By Hansa Pradeep Harania, of P.O. Box 803803-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix of the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Pradeep Khetshi Harania, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
