TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By Maria Senatore, the deceased's widow, for the resealing of a grant of probate of letters of administration intestate issued in another country to the estate of Francesco Carrozza, who died at Rome, on 2nd January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
