TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Purity Muthoni Ndungu and (2) Mercy Wangui Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 357, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Murage Kariuki, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2014. CAUSE No. 16 Or 2019 By Grace Wambui Muraguri, of P.O. Box 30, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muraguri Githitho, who died at Karatina, Nyeri, on 23rd June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
