TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 202 OF 2019 By Norah Magoma Chuma, of P.O. Box 10, Nyambunwa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Onchwari Okeng'o, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2017. CAUSE No.266 OF 2019 By Juvenalis Ogega Nyabayo, of P.O. Box 286-40200, Kisii in Kenya. the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyabayo Mogeni, who died at Kegati, on 3rd April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
