TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Hellen Kavenya Kimuyu and (2) Pauline Nzula Kimuyu, of P.O. Box 26083-00100, and 8160-00200, Nairobi in Kenya respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musyoki Munyao, who died on 30th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
