TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.23 OF 2019 By (1) Huxley Buretti Rono and (2) Betty Chepngetich Rono, both of P.O. Box 36530-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Chesiele Rono, who died at Valley Hospital, on 14th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
