TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2019 By (1) Roseline Adhiambo Ogilo and (2) Sheryl Vienna Otieno, the deceased's daughter-in-law and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ondigo Agan, who died on 8th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
