TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 220 OF 2018 By James Odhiambo Odongo, of P.O. Box 11, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onyango Odongo alias Onyango Odongo, who died at Kaugagi Sub-location, on 22nd September, 1983. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Awino Nyabul and (2) Cedelia Adhiambo Ochieng, the deceased's mother and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ochieng Akumu, who died on 20th November, 2003 CAUSE No. 97 OF 2019 By Hellen Atieno Nyanga, of P.O. Box 231, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haigla Oduor Nyanga, who died at Bama Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
