TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Wanza Nzai and (2) Abednego Mutuku Nzai, both of P.O. Box 1, Kithyoko in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Matele Nzai, who died 'at BLK Speciality Hospital, India, on 25th September, 2016. CAUSE No.44 OF 2019 By George Kasiva Muli, of P.O. Box 59, Kambiti in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Munini Muli, who died at Kasuvilo, on 25th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
