CAUSE No. 97 OF 2019 By Henry Njuguna Gachuiri, of P.O. Box 301, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachuiri Waithaka, who died at Githunguri Sub-location, on 28th November, 2003. CAUSE No. 110 OF 2019 By (1) Ruth Wambui Thuo and (2) Jane Njoki Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 1629, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Thuo Nyoike, who died at Muruka, on 3rd September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
