CAUSE No. 92 OF 2019 By Benjamin Kinuthia Karehu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Karehu Kinuthia alias David Karehu Kigoro, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 4th April, 2014. CAUSE No. 120 OF 2019 By Hannah Wanjiru Giconjo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Gichonjo, who died at Gakoigo, on 29th December, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
