TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.4 OF 2019 By (1) Albert Karunguru Mureithi, (2) Zachary Gatimu Karoki, (3) Patrick Mukora Karunguru and (4) Lee Mwangi Kago, all of P.O. Box 20-10306, Kagio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karunguru King'ang'i alias Ezekiel Karunguru King'ang'i, who died at Kithumbi, on 6th June, 1994. CAusE No. 6 OF 2019 By Francis Muriuki King'are, of P.O. Box 57, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangare Githae alias Kangari Kithae, who died at Wamumu Sub—location, on 8th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
