TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 33 OF 2017 By (1) Rosa Atieno Omolo and (2) Roslida Aluoch ()chief, both of P.O. Box 135, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Molt* Nyagwa and (2) Ogutu Okelo, who died at Jera Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1980 and 17th August, 1971, respectively. CAUSE No. 254 OF 2018 By Florence Adipo Adhiambo, of P.O. Box 27, Jera in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oliero Ogeno, who died on 9th December, 1972. CAUSE No. 255 of 2018 By Thomas Odera Ogonya, of P.O. Box 398, Ugunja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogonyi Ojwang, who died on 27th May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
