Box 80295, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 2.028 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 12889/127, situate in South of Kilifi Town in Kilifi 19th July, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2607 District registered as C.R. 20218/I, and the High Court sitting in Malindi in ELC Case No. 232 of 2017, vested the said land to (1) Moses Masivai Barasa and (2) Stephen Ndayiya Buhasia, through adverse possession, and whereas the registered owner has failed to submit the original title for vesting and transmission to the new owners, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period and the previous original little issued to Mohamed Akram Kaderdina, shall be rendered as null and void for all purposes.
