REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Albert Makokha Orado, is 'registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.6 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Busia/Teso, registered under title No. Samia/Budongo/1086, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Kisumu/Border/3997, 3998, 3999, 4000, 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005 and 4006 issued to various persons in Nyando, Kisumu, and whereas efforts have been made to have the same returned for purpose of rectification of register without success, notice is given that at the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said title deeds shall be deemed cancelled unless legally objected to within that period.
