REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rachael Nduta Wainaina (ID/1900798), of P.O. Box 25, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is the beneficiary/administrator of all that property known as Githunguri/Kanjai/2543, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provision of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
