REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ashok Kumar Velji Gudhka, (2) Abdurhaman Maalim Ibrahim and (3) Moledina Naushad Gulamabbas, all of P.O. Box'42367-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Uthiru/748, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provision of section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
