GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6569

WHEREAS David Muchiri Kagia (deceased), of P.O. Box 2310, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyeri/Ngaringiro/4161, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession case No. 835 of 2012, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Hannah Mugure Muchiri, (2) William Kagia Muchiri and (3) Grace Muthoni Muchiri, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue to (1) Hannah Mugure Muchiri, (2) William Kagia Muchiri and (3) Grace Muthoni Muchiri, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said David Muchiri Kagia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. containing 0.396 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/1471, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kiambu in succession case No. 68 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration to Sipporah Wamucii Wakogi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to David Githingi Wakogi alias David Wakogi Githengi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to said Sipporah Wamucii Wakogi, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Githingi Wakogi alias David Wakogi Githengi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
