REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Godfrey Kinuthia Mungai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.2336, 0.30, and 0.400 hectare or thereabouts known as Makuyu/Kimorori/Blk. 111/1785, Loc. 5/Kagunduini/279 and Loc. 1L7/Iganjo/2986, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Resident Magistrate's court at Thika in succession case No. 160 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to and whereas the land title deed issued to the said known as Godfrey Kinuthia Mungai (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Godfrey Kinuthia Mungai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
