THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Livingstone Oningo Kangu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 3.28 heactares or thereabout, known as S/Wanga/Ekero/3877, and whereas the High court of Kenya at Kakamega in succession cause No. 197 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Wilbergorce Okoth Oningu and (2) Peter Omondi Oningu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
