APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 105 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, I, Esther Nasipwondi Wamalwa, County Executive Committee Member, Finance and Economic Planning, Bungoma County, appoint the persons named in the Schedule below to be members of the Bungoma County Pending Bills Committee, for a period of thirty (30) days, with effect from the date of appointment. Jonathan Nyongesa Namulala Independent person Chairperson Barasa Luseneka Representing Internal Audit Department Member Sheila Nalianya Representing Finance Department Member Sospeter Evans Chepkuto Representing Procurement Department Member Humphrey Silungi Representing Infrastructure Department Member The Bungoma County Pending Bills Committee shall: (a) Scrutinize each pending bills as at 30th June, 2018 with a view to making recommendations to the County Government as to the extend the bill is payable or not. (b) Develop a system and make concrete recommendations to ensure future escalation of ineligible pending bills within the County Government is avoided.
