COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Thika Sub-county, Kiambu County. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the County Physiical Planning Headquarter at Red Nova, Kiambu Town, Kiambu County, the office of the Thika Sub- county Administrator, Thika and the urea Chief office. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Conic), Physical Planning Headquarter at Red Nova, Kiambu Town, Kiambi County, the office of the Thika Sub-county Administrator. Thika and the area Chief office, between the hours of 8110 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.. Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to tho above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 2344- 00900, Kiambu, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
