REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Chelimo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.2 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mosop/Kaptarakwa, situate in the district of Elgeyo Marakwet, registered under title No. 15/2018, and whereas the title issued to him got lost and efforts to trace the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the said title deed and therefore proceed with the issuance of a new title deed to read Kimoi Kwambai.
