REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration number KCH 928M of Joseph Otieno Juma, which is lying in the premises of G. A. Insurance Limited, to collect the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges of KSh. 74,240/=, policy excess of KSh. 70,000/= and/or any other charges, failure to which the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or otherwise without further notice.
