REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles; BMW white in colour, registration No. KAH 343N and BMW white in colour, registration No. KBC 300V, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles and remove them from Purple Royal Storage and Auction Yard, P.O. Box 26093-00100, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges. Failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owners by legal proceedings Dated the 8th July, 2019.
