NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th March, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2869, in Volume DI, Folio 151/3370, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Adan Abdullahi Duqow, of P.O. Box 40- 00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Adan Abdulla Jarso, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Adan Abdulla Jarso and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adan Abdullahi Duqow, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adan Abdullahi Duqow only.
